Un “testigo clave” en el caso de Tomás Bravo aseguró que la abuela materna del menor de edad, Elisa Martínez, lo citó a una “reunión secreta”.
Una Declaración de D.F.S. duró 70 minutos ante el OS-9 de Carabineros de Concepción. Fue un 15 de septiembre de 2021, es decir, nueve meses después de la desaparición de Tomás Bravo, que llegó hasta el cuartel policial emplazado en el complejo de Lomas Verdes.
Su figura había alcanzado notoriedad tras el extravío del menor oriundo de Caripilún, luego de que medios de comunicación lo tildaran como un “testigo clave”. Pese a no dar nombres, en la oportunidad aseguró haber visto a una persona desconocida con vestimentas que más tarde se vincularían a Jorge Escobar Escobar, tío abuelo del niño imputado en la causa.
Hoy, su nombre vuelve a copar la atención. Según el testimonio que presentó ante la policía, el hombre se reunió “en secreto” con la abuela materna de Tomás, Elisa Martínez, a petición de ella. Esto último, sin embargo, es descartado de plano por la mujer.
“La persona que yo vi desplazándose en ese sector, denotaba que era del lugar. No había en la carretera o Ruta P-40 alguna bicicleta apoyada, algún vehículo o similar, que señalara que esta persona la esperaba alguien o que había dejado un móvil ahí”, partió contando el testigo.
Según su relato, “esta persona de desplazaba de manera ágil, trotando, y su desplazamiento era de sur a norte, subiendo el cerro desde el lugar denominado UPA, hacia la derecha. Es decir, iba doblando hacia una curva a la derecha (…) y lo hacía acompañado de varios perros que lo seguían, se notaba que eran suyos porque lo acompañaban en su trote”, añadió.
Una vez declarado lo que había visto ese día, a renglón seguido se refirió a la cita con Elisa Martínez.
“Quiero también hacer presente que una mujer de la Radio Capital FM de nombre M.T.F. de Lebu, me contactó para que hablara de forma secreta con la abuela del niño Tomás”, aseveró.
De acuerdo a su versión de los hechos, la cita se agendó el 9 de marzo de 2021 vía WhatsApp y se concretó un día después. Esto último quedó registrado en las conversaciones instantáneas con la mujer que hizo de intermediaria entre ambos y que el testigo puso voluntariamente a disposición de la fiscalía:
Según contó D.F.S., “esta reunión privada se llevó a cabo en la playa Boca Lebu Sur”, a eso de las 14:00 horas del 10 de marzo.
La mujer que hizo el contacto entre ambos, consultada por la Unidad de Investigación de BioBioChile, reconoció haber servido de vínculo. Y si bien dijo no recordar la dinámica de cómo éste se dio, sí rememoró que “hubo un contacto”.
