- Ingresar a www.mevacuno.gob.cl, con tu Clave Única o número de serie de tu cédula de identidad.
- Haz click en «Mis vacunas», en la parte izquierda del sitio.
- Encontrarás la información sobre tu esquema de vacunación con un Código QR y además en formato PDF.
- Finalmente debes descarga el archivo en celular, tablet, ipad o computador.
