La serie contara de siete capítulos y buscará retratar la vida de Nibaldo Villegas, centrándose en su carrera, su pasión por el fútbol y el amor por su familia
Tras la mediática y criticada emisión de dos capítulos sobre el crimen de Nibaldo Villegas por parte de TVN, finalmente la familia del profesor de Villa Alemana, autorizó una nueva serie llamada “Mi último agosto”, la retratará la vida cotidiana del profesional.
Está sería la gran diferencia con la producción de TVN, “Alma Negra”, la nueva miniserie no se centrará en el crimen que impactó al Gran Valparaíso y al país.
En este sentido, la nueva producción buscará retratar la vida de Nibaldo Villegas, centrándose en su relación con sus alumnos, su pasión por el fútbol y el amor incondicional que tenía hacia su familia.
El actor Gonzalo Canelo interpretará a Nibaldo, mientras que Dayana Amigo y Ariel Mateluna también tendrán participaciones en la serie.
Leandro Villegas, el hermano del profesor, contó a La Estrella de Valparaíso que “nos invitaron a una grabación donde muestran a Nibaldo jugando a la pelota, pensamos que estaríamos unos cinco minutos, que iban a estar grabando, ocupados, que iba a ser muy frío, que nos iban a mostrar a algún actor y listo”.
“Llegamos allá, nos hicieron parte, llegó mi otro hermano, Edson, fue todo con mucha emoción, con harto cariño. Cuando llegó el actor personificado, con la ropa de fútbol, muy parecido a mi hermano, lo pesqué del brazo y lo abracé altiro, fue ver a Nibaldo (…) Edson también sintió lo mismo: lo apretó y le dijo ‘déjame abrazar a mi hermano una vez más’”.
