El reconocido ex «Calle 7» Francisco Rodríguez, vive un complejo momento debido a un problema judicial, ya que no ha podido volver a Perú, luego de pasar las fiestas de fin de año en Chile.
Cabe mencionar que el hombre está radicado hace siete años en el país vecino, y tras vivir este drama, el chileno relató a inicios de enero que no se le permitió el ingreso junto a su hija de 9 años ya que al pasar por policía internacional se activó una ‘alerta’.
Debido a esto debió dormir junto a la pequeña durante tres noches en el lugar, pero al no obtener respuesta decidió volver a su país natal.
Todo esto, se debería al conflicto que tuvo Francisco Rodríguez en medio de la pandemia al asistir a una fiesta clandestina, violando las medidas sanitarias y de seguridad del Gobierno peruano. Mencionando que en ese entonces, una vez que quedó a disposición de las autoridades se le cursó una multa monetaria, además de una restricción en caso de salir del país.
Y si bien, el pagó la suma por no cumplir las normas, ahora se le prohibió el ingreso a Perú durante cinco años, motivo por el que emitió un comunicado asegurando que su detención es algo que aún le avergüenza.
«Es un hecho por el cual sigo profundamente arrepentido y por el que ya pedí disculpas públicas, sumado a ello el pago efectivo de una multa», expresó.
Rodríguez también conversó con el programa peruano Magaly TV, donde acusó estar siendo tratado como si hubiese cometido un delito.
«Yo no estoy acá pidiéndole un favorcito a migraciones, les estoy pidiendo que sean justos, que se haga justicia. Estoy en una situación de delincuente, de criminal. No puedo entrar al país por cinco años», señaló.
Y con respecto a la razón por la que no se queda en Chile, Rodríguez dijo que «no es tan fácil, porque qué pasa si toco las puertas en algún lugar y me aceptan, pero tres días después me dicen: ‘Panchito, ya puedes regresar a Perú’. No puedo comprometerme para decir después chau. Todos los días tengo la esperanza que me digan que puedo volver».
Para luego entre lágrimas, solicitar que migraciones tome en cuenta su situación. Esto en conversación con el programa «En Boca de Todos».
«Tengo todo allá, tengo siete años de mi vida, no les pido que me hagan un favor, sino que revisen mi apelación y vean mi sustento legal», expresó al respecto, ya que hasta el día de hoy, no puede solucionar esta situación.
