Pero ahora, recibió algunas críticas por mostrarse en redes sociales haciendo ejercicio. Cabe recordar que siempre ha estado ligada al deporte y antes que estar embarazada, también compartía tips de ejercicios y alimentación saludable.

Fue por esta razón que Lucila Vit hizo un nuevo post explicando los beneficios de realizar ejercicio durante el embarazo, mencionando además que existe «desinformación» al respecto.

«Beneficios del ejercicio durante el embarazo: Varios mensajes de ustedes tales como «no hagas ejercicio, cuida tu guatita» o «descansa un poco, le va a hacer mal al bebé” me entusiasmaron a comentar el título de hoy… Pude notar que hay mucha desinformación en relación a la actividad física durante el embarazo, por eso quise hacerles este post junto con esta rutina! 😋 En 1er lugar, quiero hacer hincapié en que cada decisión que tomes a lo largo de esta etapa debes consultarla con tu obstetra, cada cuerpo tiene sus recomendaciones particulares», expresó la modelo.
