Un joven de 18 años con “síndrome de niño acordeón” obtuvo puntaje nacional en la Prueba de Acceso a la Educación Superior (PAES) de Matemática, y con ello podra hacer realidad uno de sus más grandes sueños: estudiar Medicina.
Hablamos de Felipe Paredes López, quién pese a su complejo tratamiento, donde se ha sometido 38 cirugías, y las largas estadías en hospitales, logró compatibilizar sus estudios.
En entrevista con BioBio, su madre, Patricia López manifestó que siempre le transmitieron que la educación era lo más importante para conseguir todos sus objetivos.
Tras salir de Cuarto Medio del Instituto Salesiano de Valdivia en 2021, el joven se preparó en un preuniversitario que lo ayudó no solo a lograr excelentes resultados en Matemática, sino que también en Competencia Lectora y Ciencia.
“Su anhelo es estudiar Medicina en la Universidad de Concepción o en la Universidad San Sebastián”, manifestó Patricia.
Cabe destacar que se le llama síndrome de niño acordeón cuando a una persona no se le termina de formar la columna vertebral durante la gestación.
